Main Screen
Add – Add image or archive files. The program accepts “.JPG” and “.PNG” either in archive file (ZIP or RAR) or single image file. Clear – Clear file list. Remove Selected File – Remove file you have highlighted. Output · Personal web server path - Click “…” to your PWS root browse, if you have Microsoft IIS installed; path name should be “C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\iphone” or if you have Apache installed; path name should be “C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\iphone”. · Title Name – is a name of your manga title or your image collections. · Panels Scan: if this box is checked during the conversion process, the program will automatically perform panel scan. If some page of the program could not identify panels, you might need to use panel editor to do the manual scan. · Click on “Convert” button; a settings screen will popup and give you a chance to review and make necessary changes. Click “Continue” again to start a conversion process. Once the conversion is done you can now view your manga using iPhone over wifi. Note: You can use a fee service such as from no-ip or DynDns to create a hostname that directs you to your dynamic IP or static IP address or URL, once you do this you can view your manga online anytime anywhere.
Once the conversion is complete and you want to review or edit images you can do as follows:
Note: Red border on any panels means the panel has been scanned and identified. If some panels were not identified, you will need to use “Panel Editor” to do the manual scan.
Normally panels will be identified and scanned during the conversion (if you checked “Panel Scan” in settings). There are possibilities for some image that the program could not recognized as panel, so you will need to do manual panel scan by using Panel Editor.
Follow instruction below when using Panel Editor.
Select “Clear all Panels”.
View Result from PWS (Personal WEB Server)
If you have personal web server installed as IIS or Apache, you can just enter your local url into Safari iPhone address bar. For example, if your web root is c:\inetpub\wwwroot and your pws conversion path is c:\inetpub\wwwroot\iphone, and if your ip address is “192.168.1.103”, then just type http://192.168.1.103/iphone/default.htm into iphone safari address bar.
